Large 96’ X 96’ engineered steel frame buildings sitting on a structural concrete foundation.
Each building is divided into 8 – 24’ X 48’ units. Or can be co-joined to make larger units such as 24′ X 96′, 48′ X 48′, 72′ X 96′ or completely open to make 96′ X 96′
Each 24’ X 48’ unit has:

  • 1 – 14’ X 14’ garage door w/electric operator
  • 1 – steel man door
  • 1 – natural gas hanging heater
  • 4 – bright L.E.D. ceiling lights
  • 6 - 110V plugins (30 amp or 50-amp plugs can be added)
  • R – 41 insulation ceiling
  • R – 25 insulation walls
  • White colored metal liners on all interior walls, bright!
  • 5” thick concrete floor

  • All owners covered by a $1,000,000 general liability insurance coverage
  • Multiple 24’ X 48’ units can be joined side by side (no center wall) to create a 48’ X 48’ or larger. Also join units end to end to create a 24’ X 96’ which allows in one end, out the other, no backing up large motor homes or trailers, nice!
  • No commercial auto repair or auto body. Inside personal restoration is ok, commercial is not.
  • No pot shops or drug dispensaries allowed period!
  • These units allow space for multiple vehicles, trailers, etc.
